Candidates Testing Criteria
General Concept:
30 applicants aged 17 - 22 will be selected after a review of the applications and essays submitted, followed by e-mail and telephone interviews. If possible, a face to face interview is preferred. These 30 candidates will be invited to the CA Retreat Center to participate in Stage 2: a free two-week trial training period. During these two weeks of training and living together, based on a series of psychological, moral, and physical fitness tests, the final 15 will be chosen.
These 15 chosen students will include 10 who are able to pay the required tuition, and also 5 working students who are not able to pay tuition. These 5 working students will have to work 2-3 hours per day and will also have shorter vacation time periods.
For those students who have paid tuition, once the training is completed after 10 years, a total of $90,000 will be returned to them. Naturally, for those 5 working students who have made no deposit, no return will be made after the 10 years of training. (See details at bottom of page)
