Candidates Testing Criteria

General Concept:
30 applicants aged 17 - 22 will be selected after a review of the applications and essays submitted, followed by e-mail and telephone interviews. If possible, a face to face interview is preferred. These 30 candidates will be invited to the CA Retreat Center to participate in Stage 2: a free two-week trial training period. During these two weeks of training and living together, based on a series of psychological, moral, and physical fitness tests, the final 15 will be chosen.

These 15 chosen students will include 10 who are able to pay the required tuition, and also 5 working students who are not able to pay tuition. These 5 working students will have to work 2-3 hours per day and will also have shorter vacation time periods.

For those students who have paid tuition, once the training is completed after 10 years, a total of $90,000 will be returned to them. Naturally, for those 5 working students who have made no deposit, no return will be made after the 10 years of training. (See details at bottom of page)

Tuition (Guarantee Deposit):
In order to guarantee your completion of the program, a student must pay $30,000 to cover lodging, food, and training in the first year, $24,000 the second year, $18,000 the third year, $12,000 the fourth year, and $6,000 the fifth year. There is no payment from sixth to tenth year. Normally, if a student stays for five years, he should have already proven his perseverance, strong will, and patience. When a student completes the ten-year program, he will receive his $90,000 deposit back, so he is able to begin his own business. However, if a student quits before ten years, the money he has paid will be forfeited. Naturally, if a student is forced to quit due to his poor behavior and performance, he will also forfeit this deposit.
